In joining RELANS you join a growing membership of real property practitioners who are working together to improve the standards of real estate practice throughout the province. It is a group of dedicated colleagues who work to assist each other in practice and in practice management.

All RELANS Members participate in the RELANS ListServ utility. The ListServ is a confidential service for the exclusive use of RELANS Members. A full description of that service is available at the “RELANS ListServ” page.

Membership in the REAL ESTATE LAWYERS ASSOCIATION OF NOVA SCOTIA is restricted to lawyers licensed to practice law in the Province of Nova Scotia. There is a nominal fee for annual membership.

To join or renew your Membership, you must complete the Membership Application and make payment to the RELANS Office. Payment can be made by cheque by credit card .
